1. Alegerea președintelui Consiliului Economic și Social, în conformitate cu prevederile art. 23 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 248/2013, republicată, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, coroborat cu prevederile art. 38 din Regulamentul de organizare și funcționare

Agenda

The plenary session of the ESC meets weekly or whenever needed, in ordinary sessions at the call of the ESC President, performing the following duties:
  • endorses draft normative acts;
  • elects, upon the proposal of the parties, the president and validates one vice-president proposed by each party and the members of the executive office, also proposed one by each party;
  • adopts its own organization and operation regulations;
  • establishes the composition of permanent specialist commissions;
  • approves the own draft of the budget of revenues and expenses, as well as the report on the budget execution;
  • debates and adopts the proposals for decisions elaborated by the specialized commissions;
  • appoints the secretary general of the Economic and Social Council.
