In accordance with the provisions of art. 23 para. (1) from Law no. 248/2013, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions, in conjunction with the provisions of art. 49 of the Regulation on the organization and operation of the CES, on 20.01.2025, Mr. Sterică Fudulea, as a representative of the employers' side from the National Council of Small and Medium Private Enterprises in Romania (CNIPMMR), was elected president of the Council Economic and Social.
